The panel explored emerging trends such as “agentic AI”, autonomous systems capable of managing multiple intelligent processes, and stressed the importance of rigorous quality assurance in AI-driven systems. Alex noted that with AI now even writing code, QA must evolve to validate the integrity and interoperability of that code. Kartik holds a PhD (in Computer Science, focused on Information Quality with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence), a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, and a MBA. He serves as LIMRA and LOMA’s CIO.
